A Belgian court ruled that it has "no obstacle" in sending Mehul Choksi, the fugitive diamantaire and accused in ₹13,000-crore PNB scam, back to India and approved his extradition, News18 reported. It stated that Choksi is a foreign national, and charges against him are serious enough to justify his extradition. Notably, he can still appeal this decision in higher court.
