The NGO, Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR), has approached Supreme Court, challenging Election Commission's 'special intensive revision of electoral rolls' in Bihar. The NGO has termed the revision "unconstitutional" and stated there is no reason for such a "drastic exercise". As per EC's June 24 order, Bihar electoral roll will be prepared afresh, with 2003 roll as the basis.
