The BJP in poll-bound Bihar announced a 45-member campaign committee and 13-member manifesto committee ahead of November elections. Most top state leaders and MPs are included, except former Union minister R K Singh. He reportedly left out after he asked Samrat Choudhary, Dilip Jaiswal, and others leaders to respond to corruption allegations raised by Jan Suraaj Party chief Prashant Kishor.
