The Sector 150 in UP's Noida recorded a massive surge in property prices since 2021, according to a report by property consultant ANAROCK. Sector 150, a hub of premium townships, has witnessed a 139% jump in average capital value to ₹13,600 per sq ft, the report stated. The sector further reported a 71% spike in average monthly rents to ₹27,300.
