South Korea's National Intelligence Service has warned that North Korea is preparing to send additional forces, possibly combat troops or military engineers, to Russia's Kursk region in July or August amid the ongoing war against Ukraine. Pyongyang has already dispatched some 15,000 personnel to Russia in exchange for Moscow's guidance on missiles, satellites, and drone technology.
