Norway has mandated all new buildings to construct bomb shelters, citing Russia's war in Ukraine as evidence that they are needed in case of "worst-case scenario". The shelters will reportedly meet the requirements of modern designs, which protect against chemical, radioactive explosives, as well as conventional weapons. Norway has been providing Ukraine with $1.5 billion in annual support.
