A report quoting Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) member Minati Sethi said the teacher told Odisha student she was "not a child" to not understand what favour he needed when student asked him about it. The student, who self-immolated over inaction on her complaint, had written a letter to ICC on July 1 alleging professor asked him for a "favour".
