Siddhartha Dayani, a marketing executive at Asiaville, took to LinkedIn to criticise companies offering one-day work from home (WFH) each month to their employees during monsoon season in Mumbai. "And on the other days? Are employees expected to swim through waterlogged roads?" Dayani said. "Empathy can’t be rationed...this WFH policy...is a social move...It’s not even the bare minimum," he added.
