Centre on Thursday said "every problem in this country may not have solutions here (in Supreme Court)", during a hearing on Presidential reference on the power to approve Bills. "Suppose a particular Governor is sitting over bills, there are political solutions," said Solicitor General Tushar Mehta. "Such solutions are taking place...not everywhere is...state advised to rush to SC," he added.
