Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah on Thursday condemned the car blast near Red Fort in Delhi which killed at least 12 people. He said, "No religion can justify killing of innocents with such brutality...Investigation will continue...but we must remember one thing- not every resident of J&K is a terrorist." The blast took place in Hyundai i20 car.
