Security forces apprehended NSCN (K–Niki Sumi) cadre SS Captain Jenlong Supong in Tirap, Arunachal Pradesh. A joint operation by Assam Rifles and Arunachal Police recovered a pistol, ammunition, and other items. Supong has been handed to Khonsa Police for investigation, highlighting continued efforts to curb insurgency in the TLC region.
