The National Security Guard (NSG) has been deployed at the site of the Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad to assist other central and state agencies in relief operations. The NSG does not have any investigative powers. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau, DGCA, Ahmedabad Crime Branch and local police, among others are the ones involved in probing the incident.
