Nykaa posted strong Q1FY26 results with sales up 23% YoY to ₹2,155 crore and net profit surging 142% to ₹24.5 crore. QoQ, sales rose 4.51% and profit grew 28.95%. The company will acquire the remaining 40% stake in Nudge Wellness for ₹14.26 lakh, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary by Sept 30, 2025.
