Ahead of PM Narendra Modi's visit to Odisha, the Congress held a six-hour-long hunger strike in front of its state headquarters, alleging a rise in violence against women and a collapse of the state's healthcare system. Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee president Bhakta Charan Das alleged 65 gang rape incidents being reported in the state in the past one year.
