The diarrhoea outbreak in Ustapalli village, Digapahandi block, Ganjam district, Odisha, has been contained, the Health Department said. Eleven cases were recorded between July 6-8. Six patients were referred to MKCG Hospital, five treated locally. All have recovered except one child. Two deaths were unrelated. Awareness and sanitation efforts continue.
