Odisha Assistant Executive Engineer Sachin Gouda suddenly fell ill after drinking from a bottle that contained urine. The incident occurred when Gouda asked the peon for drinking water, but was given a bottle filled with urine. Two colleagues also noticed a foul smell and taste. A written complaint has been filed demanding strict action against the accused man.
