Filmmaker KC Bokadia recently said that he had offered ₹1 crore to actor Amitabh Bachchan for the 1990 movie 'Aaj Ka Arjun', but he accepted only ₹70 lakh, the fee he normally charged then. Bokadia stated, "Amitabh ji's manager was a bit hesitant because I hadn't directed before." He added, "Perhaps the manager thought I would back out."
