KN Tiwari, Sector Magistrate overseeing Haridwar's Adarsh Bal Sadan Inter College centre, was suspended after Uttarakhand SSSC CGL exam on Sunday, where a candidate allegedly leaked question paper. During exam, candidate photographed 12 questions and sent them outside. Officials said Tiwari was primarily responsible for negligence in supervising exam and for being insensitive to his duties.
