Oil India Ltd, a prominent Central Public Sector Undertaking in India's oil and gas sector, has announced the incorporation of a new Joint Venture Company named "Assam Valley Fertilizer and Chemical Company Limited" (AVFCCL). This formation is in accordance with a Joint Venture Agreement signed between the Government of Assam, OIL, NFL, HURL, and Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited.
