Oil India Limited (OIL) signed MoUs with BPCL and NRL at the 28th Energy Technology Meet 2025 in Hyderabad. The ₹1 lakh crore Ramayapatnam Greenfield Refinery (9–12 MMTPA) will include a 1.5 MMTPA ethylene cracker. Another ₹3,500 crore project will build a Siliguri–Mughalsarai pipeline, with BPCL, OIL, and NRL holding 50%, 25%, and 25% stakes, respectively.
