Ola Electric Mobility Ltd promoter has pledged 10,71,70,404 shares, worth 2.43% of equity capital and 8.09% of promoter holding, to secure debentures of Krutrim Data Centre. The pledge, in favour of Axis Trustee for multiple funds, replaces an earlier NDU. Temporary duplication may appear until the NDU release is updated in records.
