Olee.space, a photonics and defense-tech startup founded by IIT Bombay alumnus James Solomon and engineer Suman Hiremath, has raised $3 million in seed funding led by Rockstud Capital with global investors. The funds will scale production of photonics systems, advance quantum-secure communication, and develop directed energy weapons, boosting India’s sovereign strategic defense.
