Nepal's Gen Z protests, triggered by a social media ban, have turned deadly with at least 20 killed. Nepali journalist Ajay Thakur explained that PM KP Oli "actually laughed at the Gen Z protests", a move that added "insult to injury" and further inflamed youth anger against corruption, unemployment, and government indifference.
