Arsenal Women’s Football club have announced today that they have completed the signing of Olivia Smith from Liverpool. The Canadian international became the most expensive signing in women's football history after she completed a £1 million move, breaking the previous record of defender Naomi Girma, who signed for Chelsea from San Diego Wave FC for £900,000.
