Omaxe Ltd, via its subsidiary, will invest ₹1,200 crore to develop a 450-acre integrated township along Indore’s Super Corridor. Projected to generate ₹2,500 crore revenue in 3 years, it includes residential, commercial, healthcare, and educational zones. With a 1170-acre land bank and 15 projects delivered, Omaxe strengthens its presence in Madhya Pradesh’s Tier-II urban hubs.
