External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar supported Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's refusal to sign the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) joint statement. He said, "one country, you can guess which one", did not want a mention of terrorism in the statement, even when the purpose of the organisation is to fight terrorism. Jaishankar ostensibly hinted at Pakistan, a member of the SCO.
