One Point One Solutions, via its subsidiary One Point One Singapore PTE Ltd, will acquire a 64.29% stake in Singapore-based ITNITY PTE Ltd for $3.6 million (about ₹3.2 crore). The acquisition provides access to Itnity’s Voice AI software, True VA, enhancing ITES operations. Option to buy the remaining 35.71% within 12 months.
