Iran criticised G7 countries for siding with Israel in its call for "de-escalation" in the intensifying conflict, which broke out last Friday. "The G7 must give up its one-sided rhetoric and tackle the real source of the escalation, Israel's aggression," Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei said. The G7 leaders called Iran the principal source of regional instability and terror.
