Reacting to the Opposition's protest against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar, BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad on Tuesday said, "Only residents of the nation have the right to vote." He added, "In Araria, Purnia, and Kishanganj, Aadhaar cards have been issued to 125% of the population...the EC said most people are from outside."
