Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said the I.N.D.I.A bloc candidate has all the chances of winning the Vice Presidential election, the voting for which began on Tuesday morning. He was on his way to the Parliament to cast the vote. His statement comes even as the NDA commands a majority in terms of the number of MPs in both Houses combined.
