Several Opposition MPs staged a walk out as Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman started presenting her eighth consecutive Budget. Before she started speaking, the Opposition MPs shouted, prompting Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla to ask them to sit down. Birla was heard telling Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav that he would be given time to speak.
