US tech giant Oracle has begun layoffs in India as part of a global cost-cutting drive spurred by rising investments in AI, reports stated. These cuts have so far happened across its cloud and financial services divisions, and over 100 employees were let go. This follows the global layoffs the company did last week, where over 3,000 employees were fired.
