As a part of broader restructuring, US-based software giant Oracle has reportedly laid off more than 3,000 employees from various divisions. The Oracle layoffs has hit health, customer service and more extending beyond the cloud division. The job cuts have affected employees from India, US, Philippines, Canada and Europe.
