Supreme Court asked Commission of Air Quality Management (CAQM) to consider ordering Delhi-NCR schools to defer sports activities in November-December to later months, citing air pollution. This came after advocate Aparajita Singh raised the matter, saying, "Holding sports now is like putting [the kids] in gas chambers." Several school sports activities in NCR are scheduled for November, she said.
