Oriana Power hit its 5% upper circuit after signing a non-binding MoU with ACTIS GP LLP to jointly develop 1 GWp of solar and renewable energy projects in India over two years. ACTIS may invest up to $100 million in equity through its investee firms, subject to due diligence and final agreements for project execution.
