Osia Hyper Retail Ltd, operating 37 stores across Gujarat & Jhansi, reported Q2FY26 net sales of ₹373.04 crore and net profit of ₹5.10 crore, up 55.5% YoY from ₹3.28 crore in Q1FY25. H1FY26 net sales stood at ₹699.52 crore with profit ₹13.14 crore. Company approved capital raise up to ₹200 crore via QIP.
