The shares of Oswal Agro Mills rose 4% after promoter Oswal Greentech increased its stake by purchasing 66.99 lakh shares, totaling around ₹50.91 crore. Meanwhile, Alliance Techno Projects sold 33.71 lakh shares and Tushar Holdings sold 33.28 lakh shares. As of June 2025, Oswal Greentech holds 4.98% of the company.
