US has deported five foreign nationals convicted of serious crimes to Eswatini, a small southern African kingdom ruled by Africa's last absolute monarch. The deportees were flown to Eswatini after their home countries refused to take them back. Eswatini's Opposition party said accepting deportees "poses a serious risk to our already vulnerable communities", adding, "Our country isn't a junkyard."
