More than 2.3 lakh challans have been issued to e-rickshaw drivers in Delhi between January 1 and June 15 for improper parking, driving during no-entry hours, and licence-related offences. The e-rickshaw drivers are often found driving recklessly and flouting traffic rules, the officials said. Around 4,750 drivers were caught moving against the designated flow of traffic.
