Over 200 illegal homes were razed in a demolition drive conducted in slums of Delhi's Ashok Vihar on Monday. DCP (Northwest) Bhisham Singh said that drive was conducted in presence of "250 police officers". Visuals showed bulldozers demolishing homes while residents sat on rubble with their belongings. A demolition drive was also carried out on Monday in Delhi's Wazirpur area.
