J&K Police found over 300 kg explosive-making material and an AK-47 rifle with a doctor, identified as Muzammil Shakeel, in Faridabad near Delhi, reports said on Monday. The recovery was made after a tip-off from J&K doctor Adeel Rather (pictured), who was arrested earlier. An AK-47 rifle and ammunition were seized from Rather's locker at a J&K government medical college.
