Indian Army launched a blood donation camp at Ahmedabad's Military Cantonment to aid the victims of the Air India plane crash. Around 300 army personnel came forward to voluntarily donate blood at the camp. The plane carrying 242 passengers crashed moments after taking off onto a medical college hostel in Ahmedabad. The plane was bound for London Gatwick Airport.
