Over 55,000 out of 63,310 pension-related grievances were resolved through Centralised Pension Grievances Redress and Monitoring System portal between January and July 15, 2025, Union Minister Jitendra Singh informed Lok Sabha. He said the average redressal time dropped from 35 to 20 days. Ministries have been advised to resolve grievances within 21 days under a 2024 policy circular, he added.
