Over 700-year-old human bones have been discovered inside a cave in Mizoram, as per heritage conservation organisation INTACH. The remains are the oldest ever found in the state, INTACH's Mizoram convenor Rin Sanga said. "[This] also highlights...need to re-study and redefine Mizo history as most Mizo historians describe the Mizo people as having entered Mizoram about 1,700 CE," he added.
