According to official data, over 6.99 crore, which is more than 88% of the total registered voters in Bihar, have submitted Enumeration Forms to the Election Commission ahead of the release of the draft electoral roll on August 1. Additionally, 4.5% electors were not present at their registered addresses despite three door-to-door visits by the Booth Level Officers (BLOs).
