RJD MP Manoj Jha on Friday reacted to AIMIM's letter to RJD chief Lalu Yadav to include party in the Mahagathbandhan in Bihar polls. "Owaisi sahab has his base in Hyderabad...If he intends to defeat the dictatorial character of BJP...many a time not contesting elections would be one such decision. I hope he will think about it," Jha said.
