The car in which the explosion took place at Delhi's Red Fort was owned by a doctor from south Kashmir's Pulwama, NDTV reported citing sources. Dr Umar Mohammad, who owned the car, reportedly panicked and triggered the blast after investigators arrested two members for possessing ammunition. J&K Police recovered IED-making material from Dr Mujammil Shakeel from Faridabad on Monday.
