OYO-parent PRISM recently unveiled a complex bonus share plan, offering one bonus CCPS for every 6,000 equity shares held, with those owning less than 6,000 shares being ineligible. Furthermore, those who opted in would get 1,109 equity shares for each CCPS, with others getting one equity share per CCPS. OYO rolled back the plan after being criticised over its complexity.
