Oyo posted a PAT of over ₹200 crore in Q1 FY26, doubling year-on-year, with revenue up 47% to ₹2,019 crore and GBV surging 144% to ₹7,227 crore. Founder Ritesh Agarwal credited strong premium brand performance and cost discipline. Oyo also announced a 1:1 bonus share issue and expansion of its ESOP pool by 8.8 crore options.
