Procter&Gamble promoted its COO, Shailesh Jejurikar, to become the CEO, replacing Jon Moeller, effective January 2026. Moeller will become Executive Chairman and provide advice and counsel to the CEO on company matters, P&G said. Jejurikar is of Indian-origin and has held multiple roles across P&G businesses, including the head of P&G’s Fabric&Home Care, which includes brands like Tide and Ariel.
